Haglunds Deformity - aka superficial posterior heel bursitis, usually located behind the heels (Achilles tendon). Commonly caused by poor footwear choices or underlying biomechanical issues (i.e. Gate, or positional causes). Generally affects younger patients and usually worsen during winter. Treatment options can be as simple as picking proper footwear with/without modification, orthotics, to surgeries for those with more complicated causes (rare).
